No not really. Syllabus is same in every year most probably. Some times NTA do very few changes in syllabus. So yoi can follow the syllabus always. Because if any few changes occur you can update on it. I'll provide you this year JEE Mains examination syllabus below

WBJEE syllabus is same every year. It is based on the class 11th and 12th syllabus of physics, Chemistry and mathematics of WB board. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has already released the WBJEE 2021 syllabus along with the official brochure at the official site. You can check that there also.

Syllabus of wbjee not change every year but the questions asked in previous years are not repeated in coming exams but they are of the same pattern as previous years so practice from previous years or according to the latest syllabus and syllabus is based on the 11th and 12th class means chapters you studied in your intermediate but for question pattern you have to study from sample papers .For detail information about the wbjee syllabus click below
