Hello Applicant,

According to me, having work experience prior to pursuing an MBA is almost always a good choice.

I believe that work experience helps you extract the best out of your MBA.

First of all, individuals with work experience may be more likely to find on-campus employment. Secondly, the more work experience you have the more mature you get with your work ethics and style of learning. Many companies value this experience.

Sometimes, you will not be shortlisted for some job profiles during placements if you are a fresher.

Also, if you wanna get some work experience, do make sure that it exceeds 2 years. Otherwise, sometimes you'll get less work experience points and employers will be a bit reluctant to select you in admission interviews.

Good luck!
