Hello,

No, it won't affect the recruitment process. See, after +2 if you are dropping a year or two then it is only for getting a good college through the entrance exam. The recruitment process and this scenario is completely a different thing. You will be selected based on the skills you have acquired in your 4 years of graduation and your GPA. Then also look at different skills other than academics. There might be a chance when they will ask you a question like about your past qualification and how you stayed motivated in your drop years, etc. You need to answer it positively. Try to be optimistic while answering these questions. They will select you based on your skills and handling situations. Then won't look at other things that are troubling you.!

Hope this will help, All the best!!
