Dual degree in bits is based on inter marks.Am i right?I got 981/1000 in my AP State board.Whether i can get seat in dual degree in bits.

no, with a marks of 981/1000 u will not get a seat in bits. bits provides seats to people who secure the highest marks in state board probably 991 this year, whether it may be a dual degree or any other stuff
