Due to corona pandemic ... I was not able to complete my 11 and 12 at competitive level ... can I score good in neet 2022 ?

As you mentioned you could not complete your 11 th and 12th at a competitive level so considering you have your marksheet of 12th and you have cleared your 12th examination as it is one of the eligibility criteria to appear for neet.
So, i would recommend you to kindly go through ncert chemistry and physics to score for these two subjects. Practice as much as mock tests you can because these mocks will prepare you for the final examination.
You can definitely score good if you follow proper strategy .
