Hi candidate
First of all, the documents required in the admission process and the counseling process do not require class 11th marksheet. You are supposed to submit your class 10th marksheet as a date of birth proof and class 12th marksheet as a proof of your eligibility for the exam and your schooling i.e where your state quota will be applicable.
Now, still to be on the safer side, you can go to your school and request the authorities to get you a marksheet for class 11th. They can't deny that. They'll take a day or two, you may also have to write an application for the same and you'll get it along with a declaration.
Hope this helps you

Dear aspirant

No, you will not face in any problem in your neet counseling or get any MBBS seat or anytime during the course if you don't have 11th class marksheet.

You must have your class 10th marksheet and certificate and class 12th marksheet and certificate. Also you should have transfer certificate (TC) and migration certificate from your last school to get admission in medical College.

There is no need or use of class 11th marksheet in neet counseling or getting admission in MBBS.

These are the necessary documents which you must have during counseling

  • NEET Hall Ticket or Admit Card
  • NEET Rank Card/ NEET Score Card
  • Provisional Seat Allotment Letter/ Call Letter
  • Cast Certificate ( if you belong to reserve category)
  • Prepaid Fee Receipt
  • Class 10 Marksheet
  • Class X Passing Certificate
  • Class 12 Marksheet
  • Class XII Passing Certificate
  • PUC Marks Card and Passing Certificate (if any)
  • AADHAR Card as address proof
  • Character Certificate issued by the recently attended school or college
  • Transfer Certificate  issued by the recently attended school or college
  • Migration Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Family Income Proof
  • A copy of the parents’ PAN Card
  • Proof for the parents’ address and identity
  • At least 8 recent passport size photos of candidates
