during apply neet form( how many subjects 4 or 5) need for percentage fillup ?

Hi
I understand you are talking about the 10th and 12th cgpa or percentage details that was asked in the form. In that case it is an aggregate percentage they usually ask in such forms. So you have to consider all the subjects you had in that particular grade.
