Is polymer science engineering a good one ? Is it better than electronics and communication engineering?

Both of the branches are having its own advantages.

Electronics & Communication Engineering

It deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits (IC). It also deals with basic electronics, analog and digital transmission & reception of data, voice and video (Example AM, FM, DTH), microprocessors, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression.

Information Technology Engineering

Information Technology is an engineering division, which concentrates on the study of utilizing computers and telecommunications in order to control, gather, store and circulate information. Both software and hardware sectors are parts of Information Technology

So you can choose according to your interest

EC is much better if you love to work with robots in the future.
I wonder whether it is information Science or information technology?
If it is information technology then you should only go if you're interested in coding and stuff.
