according to ur question the radius is same adn mass is 4times the previous

the formula for escape velocity is Ve = (2GM/R)^1/2

where G- universal gravity constant

M-mass of planet

R-radius of planet

so mass becomes 4times and the escape velocity becomes 2 times of previous

that is escape velocity increases by two times.

Escape velocity scales as the square root of the potential (since kinetic energy is quadratic with speed).

Double the radius gives eight times the mass. The surface is at double the distance from the center now, thus the potential is only four times as big. This means that the escape velocity is twice as big. Escape velocity scales linearly with radius at constant density.

A super earth with the same density as earth but twice the radius would have an escape velocity of 22km/
