Dear Pushkar, IP quota in ESIC medical colleges is filled through All India Counselling only. The seats are filled based on your merit and the group of the Insured person. The vacant, left over and unfilled seats along with the remaining seats of ESIC Medical colleges are filled through State Counselling. The IP quots is filled in Mop up round of All India Counselling.
