ews certificate at co level is accepted for jee main

See in the official bulletin its no where written that it will be accepted or rejected. So saying it without official instructions will not be correct.
But for majority of the exams the EWS certificate is required to be issued by the local government body i.e., Tehsildar.
So you can issue it from them.
