The exact college prediction for JEE PAPER 2 is not possible since the results are not out as yet.
However In 97 percentile in Jee paper -2 the overall rank will be around 6000-6500 in CRL/UR list. However there are certain provisions for girls reservation which surely will allow you to get into Moderate NITs such as NIT RAIPUR,NIT BHOPAL,NIT PATNA. .
Total NITs providing B.Arch degrees are:-
NIT TRICHY
NIT ROURKELA
NIT CALICUT
IIEST SHIBPUR
NIT HAMIRPUR
VNIT NAGPUR
NIT BHOPAL
NIT RAIPUR.
NIT JAIPUR
NIT PATNA.
