Hello Grishma
No Registration for MBBS and BAMS are different and are done at different websites
Fir MBBS/BDS counselling  you need to visit MCC website
And for BAMS you need to register at aaccc.gov.in
In BAMS course, candidates are required to study modern medical sciences and modern diagnostics along with Ayurvedic Samhitas. Whereas in MBBS candidates do not wander off from the domain of advanced medicine and new technology associated with it.
Hope it helps
