If the paper is considered to be moderately difficult then with 175 marks you would score around 98.94- 99.02 according to the previous years trends and the corresponding rank for this percentile would be around 4500- 5000. However these estimations are based on the previous years records and may change from year to year as they depend on various factors like difficulty of the examination, number of students that attempted the examination, etc.
