Most colleges admit students on the basis of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for the architecture course. A place we found that did not specify NATA or the KEA Counselling rank was East West School of Architecture in Banaglore ( http://www.ewsa.edu.in/ ). Stated below is their eligibility criteria, check them out:

The two year Pre-University examination conducted by the Karnataka State Pre-University Board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects of study having Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
OR
10+2 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) / Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects of study having Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

"No Candidate shall be admitted to Architecture course unless he/she passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with atleast 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also atleast 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or past 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsary subject with atleast 50% marks in aggregate."
