See marks does not depend on your reservation category or Home state, instead cut-off marks depends upon it. As you have asked for 4,00 rank so you should try to score at least 99.5 percentile according to January Session of JEE-Main 2020. Marks are little bit difficult to predict because now the pattern for result declaration has been changed and now only percentile and rank is declare.
