both are good and well recognised universities, to pursue computer science but if you want to choose in between these are the difference,

IET lucknow is the top in the whole uttarpradesh to pursue education when compared to the jaypee university, infrastructure wise jaypee is better and IET lucknow is a bit older university,, the faculties are good in both the universities but in IET lucknow more experienced faculties will be present and placements are better in noida jaypee etc..
