For GGSIPU deaf candidates aren't eligible for admission in BTech but what about a person with partial deafness (more than 60% hearing loss ) , is he/she eligible for admission in BTech?

Hello

According to the official notifications in GGSIPU PWD seats in Government Colleges has to be 5% horizontally (according to The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016‘ (PWD ACT) )

However it will be 3% as per Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions, Act 2007 in Self Financing Institutions (horizontally). For more details you can click on
