No, you don't need a domicile certificate for private dental colleges.

You only need a domicile certificate for government colleges through state for 85% quota.

If you want to contest through the 85% State Quota, domicile certificate for the state from which you belong is a preliminary requirement. You'll be asked to submit your domicile certificate after you are alloted a college through counselling process. 

You don't need a domicile certificate for private dental college admission.
