Lalit, understanding that USMLE has got nothing to do with your NEET scores and the Colleges that you get in sets us on the right path for conversation. Now, with a score of 680 if your dream is to be able to crack USMLE, you should opt for AIIMS or JIPMER. Because AIIMS and JIPMER have their own research facilities. Now the way Medicine is taught in India is different from the way it is taught in the US. And the exposure is different. AIIMS and JIPMER have International Research facilities which are on par with a US Medical College. So to be able to crack USMLE, you should opt for AIIMS or JIPMER. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
