After the declaration of gate result, you have to apply for IITs or NITs specifically. You can apply only by going to their official site. In official site you will find all the details, like last year cutoff, application procedure and information about gate scholarship. From there you will able to download the format of your OBC NCL certificate.

SEE in aicte official portal there is no specific format given for obc ncl certificate. however there is some instructions you need to follow while uploading your cast or category certificates,

obc ncl certificate should not be more than 1 year old.

certificates  in support of SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Pwd  shall be attested by the institute principal or gazetted officer.

SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/pwd certificate  should be in Hindi/English otherwise it should be translated and verified in Hindi/English by notary officer or by the principal in institute letter head. Student shall upload both original and translated certificate.

All other attachments shall be self-attested by the candidate

Only clear and readable attachments shall be accepted
