Ideally one needs to start preparation for NEET Examination from class 11 itself. Preparing early to this may cause difficulty in coping with the current curriculum and examinations. Only 2 years of determined hard work and dedication i.e Class 11 and 12, is enough for cracking the top medical colleges like even AIIMS.

First thoroughly complete the NCERT books of Biology and Chemistry along with your teachers's notes of both class 11 and 12. For physics only refer to teacher's notes and avoid the NCERT. After completing the syllabus, repeated revisions followed by mock tests and evaluation is essential.  U should start giving mock tests after 3 months of starting preparation and it's a very important step and majority fail here.
