From which website can i download the gate 2019 scorecard after may 31 paying the fine?

Hi Sujin, thanks for your query.
http://appsgate.iitm.ac.in is the only official website for GATE 2019.
You can download your scorecard from here, by logging in to your account from registered email id. It can only be downloaded till 31st December, 2019 by paying a fee of Rs. 500.

Sir but scorecard download link is not getting opened.When uh click the given link, it reflects that the "SITE CAN'T BE REACHED".Sir,please help me out of it.My state counciling has started,and they require gate scorecard to process my scholarship.

You try it in incognito window otherwise use some other device for downloading score card.
