NIFT Situation Test is conducted for two hours. Your performance will be assessed based on the following parameters

• Colour scheme

• Space visualization

• Construction skill

• Innovative and creative use of given material

• Finesse of the model

• Composition of elements

• Overall presentation

You will given a question to design a model with the materials provided and you will be allowed to use any additional or outside material at the time of making the model. After the model is finished you need to explain it in English language. Here are few tips that can help you to perform well in Situation Test

• You can practice for the situation test of NIFT by making different models at home.

• Improve your observation skills by analyzing different objects.

• You must use different kinds of materials while experimenting with various models.
