The last forty days are very crucial for they will determine how you will perform in your main examination. First of all,be confident. You have studied and you must trust your hardwork.
Revise the concepts. Don't try to read anything new.
Give a read to class 11th and 12th NCERT Biology for most of the times direct question comes from it.

Since you only have 40 days of revision for NEET, I would suggest you to start doing previous year question papers. Do as many as you can every day and check you answers and then look at the solutions and try to understand your mistakes. 

Keep reading the Biology and Chemistry NCERTs side by side. And give more attention to the topics that you feel you are weak in (on solving the previous year's question papers).
