Option 3. Less is correct.

Glomerular filtrate contains less glucose in comparison to plasma because most of the glucose is readily reabsorbed in the proximal convolutes tubule (PCT) part of the nephron.

So, Glomerular filtrate contains 'Less' glucose in comparison to plasma.
