Most of the people doing MBA are average trying to leverage or get to a bright career . There are many exams and a lot of colleges for MBA.

It is not your average grades but the diversity factor that weighs in here. If you graduation and 12th grades are between 60–70% and 70–80% respectively,try for a good percentile (say 97–99.9) then you can surely get into IIM-C,K,L,I ; FMS, JBIMS, SPJIMR for an interview atleast.

For lesser CAT scores, try Great lakes,TAPMI,NITIE, and so on. Best of luck
