The CPGET 2020 cutoff is determined on the basis of various factors as mentioned below.

The total number of candidates appearing in CPGET 2020.
The difficulty level of the OUCET 2020 exam
Number of seats offered by the participating universities and its affiliated colleges
Last years CPGET cutoff

You haven't mentioned whether you are local or non local candidate but if you are local candidate then you can get a seat Osmania University or Mahatma Gandhi University.
