You've not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 175, honestly speaking, you don't have any chance for mbbs, even in private colleges, if your category is general. For reserved category, it purely depends on your state.

with this score you cannot admission in any government college and the chance to get admission in private college is also less. It's very difficult to get admission with this rank. one easy way to get admission is to get admission in a private college through management quota or any other quota. Or better you can give a drop and prepare better for next year.
