First of all very big congratulations for getting a seat in the second round of India NEET counselling and that too a government MBBS seat. Commendable performance but you should be accepting admission instead of forfeiting a government seat. Your motivation to do so is unclear. However if you want to join private medical colleges then its alright. Refund will have to applied for to concerned officials during counselling. Refund will take a week time.
