Congratulations for securing 1263. Actually there are only few government colleges for mds in India ,out of 6000 dental colleges for mds more than 5000 are private. Usually a student from general category should acquire a rank within 300 to get a government seat. But as you belong to resevation category, you'r rank is pretty good and you will get a seat for mds in government college itself.
