Hello,

See,cutoffs in dynamic and changes every years depending on factors like difficulty level of paper, number of seats available, number of candidates appeared for the exam, past year cutoffs and so on.
Now, considering rising competition you will have to aim to score 450 above in UPSEE if you are from general category.Although 400+ is good enough to get you a government college based on past year cutoff trends but to be on a safe side aim for 450.
