There are many posts for CSE graduates in government jobs. You can apply for PSUs through GATE and in case there are other vacancies, they'll release a notification in newspapers and on their official website.

ISRO, DRDO, government banks, BEL ,BHEL, ONGC, Powergrid, Airports Authority of India are some of those many government sector companies that accept intake of CSE graduates.
