As per the  neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC category at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.

But yes,

While filling the form of state counselling you can definitely choose OBC as because you belong to obc at state level while  in for all India quota seats you are not eligible for OBC category.

*then fill the form i. e you need to fill your personal academic and contact details

*and after that you need to go for uploading your documents,

• General-EWS/ OBC-NCL :-   1400

• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender :- 800

• Foreign candidate :-  7500

*And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page.
