Last year lowest marks from general Category under state quota that fetched a seat in Telangana was 493 marks, and it was for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad.
Also this year's neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike.
So you cannot get a seat in Government Medical College.

Well this totally depends on all India cut-off and the state you belong to . As per the trend neet cut-off for OBC is 5-10 marks less compared to general. And according to some coaching institutions cut-off this year might be around 480 for admission through all india quota for general so for OBC this might be around 475–480. But the admission through state quota into govt. medical college totally depends on your state cut-off and there are chances if your state cut off is low.
