HCL TechBee Early career program is for the candidates who are looking for full time jobs right after 12th class. This program consistes of training of candidate for the duration of 12 months for entry-level IT Services & Associate job roles. On successful training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL. And if a candidate wishes to study further (masters or higher studies) he / she as per the skills is given chance to study in BITS Pilani or SASTRA University.
During the internship programme, candidate is given a stipend of 10,000 INR. And the salary of full time job varies between INR 1.70 – 2.20 lakhs per annum, means 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
If you are in the middle of financial crisis and have a good interest in joining IT companies but you are unable to continue your studies, I would recommend you to join this program. But if you are capable of continuing your UG from any college, you should go ahead with that. As this program might stuck you for the job pofiles like associate job roles. And once you are in the middle of such jobs, ot gets difficult to switch career or to learn something new.
