No, you cannot appear for NDA as you have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria.To be eligible a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, physics, chemistry and English as compulsory subjects from a recognised board or university.
However, you can appear for NDA if study mathematics through open schooling.

According to my research, a PCB student CANNOT answer NDA examination in order to apply in defence field. Only a PCM student can apply for the NDA examination. But, that doesn't mean you have no option in defence. You can definitely have a career option in the defense service. You can just finish your graduation after which you can apply for combined defense service examination (CDSE) through UPSC. Also, note that you can complete your graduation from ANY field.
