The eligibility criteria for the NEET Entrance Exam is as such:
1). Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board and Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
2). Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
3). The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects (physics, chemistry and biology)
Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
4). In terms of nationality, Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals aspirants are eligible to apply.
You may once look at these eligibility criteria for yourself and make sure. Since you have mentioned that you have completed your 10+2 with science stream and recognized UP board, I believe you are eligible for this exam.
