Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st

Now you are from general category and

Your aggregate in PCB is

= 53.6% i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible for neet 2021 examination with your marks

Also,

Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so  to be eligible for neet 2021 , so you have to be at least 17 years old by  31st  December 2021

To get eligible to NEET , you must score 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. If you have scored 50% together in these four subjects, then you are eligible to sit for NEET exam. Otherwise, you need to appear for improvement exam to make your score eligible for NEET.
