Yes, you can definitely pursue the MTech in Computer Science after completing the BTech in ECE also.

The reason being that, you should fill the GATE form for the CS branch and you should be able to score good marks in that exam.

Then you would be easily able to get the CS Branch in MTech.

The minimum eligibility is that you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology from any recognized university.

M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a two-year full-time postgraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education.
