Hello I got 520 marks in neet 2019 and all India rank 38008. Can i get any govt college? If not then any low cost private college?

You have not mentioned your domicile , and also your reservation category, because the alotment of seats are done on the basis of reservation category and also different college's of different states have different Cutoffs ,
Considering the previous years Cutoff , your marks are good and you have chances of getting Govt seat if you belong to reservation category, whereas if you belong to General category then your chances are very low ,

520 is a decent score to expect a good government college for yourself, yes your category and state of domicile would be a deciding factor as well but I think you should be least bothered to take a seat in private college. Therefore I'd recommend to go apply for good colleges and wait for your call. Good luck!
