Hello aspirant.As you mentioned that your rank is 54k it is very difficult to get admission in CSE under OC category.As your rank is too high for CSE you cannot expect seat under  OC category.No need to worry there many private engineering colleges where you can get admission.But it is difficult to get admission in CSE under OC category
