Based upon your rank and previous year cutoffs and closing ranks you won't get admission in any NIT or government college. This is because your rank is very high in order to secure a seat. You should either apply for other colleges or take drop this year if determined to get admission in IIT, NIT OR IIIT. Please don't waste your year if you take drop. Work hard and prepare well for next year so that you can get a good engineering college.

According to last year trends, I regret to inform you that with such a low rank you won't get admission in any nit /iiit or gfti in the spot round also.
Better you try for different state colleges which take admission through Jee mains score.
Or take a year drop and prepare for jee once again.
