Hello, i have got 70 percentile (obc-ncl) and my obc rank is 123802, is there any chance fr me to get good college?

According to your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, chances would be less of getting seat in NITs, IIITs, through JoSAA Counselling. You can have chances of getting admission through state level counselling.
