Hii!
Sorry, but you haven't completed your question before posting it. Your question seems incomplete. And let me tell you that to get into any field you aspire for, you need to pass class 12th first. Diploma is another choice you have. So, firstly, get to k ow, and decide the field which you would want to join, may it be, medical or not. It can be other fields such as Engineering, agriculture, forensics, law, management, accountancy, media, mass communication, Journalism or any other fields you want. Then, decide the stream you wan to take in class 12th accordingly. This will help you make a better career.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!

Well, congratulations, 93% is a really good marks. So, the thought of engineering suits you. But, engineering is not just about working under someone. It is not necessary that you have join IT sector or some PSUs or some other companies, where you would be working under your boss.

Now, Enterpreneurship is very much in demand. Get your choice of skills and plan your own start up. You will be your own boss there. You can bring out some innovative ideas and work on them for the goodwill of this country or may run it as a business for your own profit. There is a wide scope of engineering nowadays. All you need is the right guidance.
