Its better to get all the xerox documents counter signed and all the originals should be present with you at the time of kea counselling to avoid any trouble later on.
Many kea officials are present at time of counseling and you'd be seated according to your ranks, any miscommunication their can lead to losing the seat, so its better to keep extra xerox with (and all xerox countersigned)
