As you have not mentioned the form which you have filled.
So, in general basis there are two address columns in application forms: Permanent address and Present address. If candidate has been living to a single address only, then he/she can fill it in permanent address (address which is mentioned in the ID proofs) and can leave the other column empty or can fill the same address in that column. But if he/she is living away from his permanent address then he/she needs to fill out the address of that place.
As you mentioned that you have filled the same address in both columns (permanent address) though you are living in different address. No worries, if correction window of the form opens then you can edit the address. Otherwise there is no issue in that, you have no chances to get your form rejected.
