Hello dear student, I guess you can but it would be great if you can share your rank with us. It will be better to tell you if you can get a seat or not. Till the time I am attaching a link of the cut off list of aiims and till the time check on your own of you fall in the category of getting admission. Kindly check the link https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/aiims-mbbs-cut-off/amp
I hope this is helpful
Dear Anand
With percentile 99.59 and belonging to UR, the chances are good and you might get AIIMS, as the last year's cut off AIR was 1353 and corresponding percentile was 99.6469040 and the college allocated was AIIMS Mangalagiri. And as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced this year and seats have been incremented to 609 for general category (doesn't guarantees you a seat), the chances are increased.
However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done and your AIR plays a great role for counselling.
Hope this helps you.
All the best.
