The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET 2021 exam date, which is August 1 . The NEET 2021 application form date by NTA along with the brochure will be released soon at ntaneet.nic.in .

The relevant documents things to keep ready before filling NEET application form 2021( nta.nic.in ) are as follows:

• Valid Mobile Number
  

• Valid Email Address
  

• Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, roll number, school address and other details)
  

• Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name
  

• Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)
  

• Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number
  

• Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph Details are given in the table below
  

• Credit/Debit card, Net Banking and UPI payment gateway details (for online payment)

You have to take a current passport size photograph of yours(4" * 6" and white background) ,and it's not necessary that you have to click a passport size photograph on the day of registration,you may do it earlier also but it will be better if you have a photo clicked within 6 months befor e filling up the application form .


For Passport size photograph :

Specifications are :

2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

Size : 10 kb to 200 kb

Format : JPG/JPEG format

For Post card size photograph (4X6) :

Specifications are :

4.25 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

Size : 50 kb to 300 kb

Format : JPG/JPEG format
