The only solution to this problem is PRACTICE. The more you practice speaking English the more better it is. Try reading books and newspapers, out loud,  everyday to enhance your vocabulary and pronounciation skills. Then, don't hesitate and speak english, talk in English with everyone. You can take help of some books such as Rapidax English speaking course etc., To help improve English. But, the only way to become a fluent English speaker is by speaking it more and more.
